Yes. All of our partner care assistants undergo a thorough verification process. Payments for care services are made twice a month. The first payment covers services provided between the 1st and 15th of the month, while the second payment covers services provided between the 16th and the end of the month. An invoice and payment instructions will be sent to your email address. Payment is due within 5 days of the invoice being issued and can be made by bank transfer to the account details provided.

Travel costs are included in the price, and there are no hidden fees or additional charges. For a personalized live-in care plan, rates are available upon request.
